A clear starting point

Terms.

Tools for your creative work. You stay in control of what you make and share.

Last updated October 11, 2026. StreamSpark is operated by Shehab. Contact wonderlast888@gmail.com with questions about these terms. By using StreamSpark you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Current availability

StreamSpark is in private development. This website introduces the project and does not offer public registration, subscriptions or a downloadable public release. Features and platform support may change as the product develops.

Your content

Use only footage, music and other material you have the rights or permission to capture, edit and share. A publicly viewable stream is not automatically permission to republish it. Sounds and music from Epidemic Sound are covered by your own Epidemic Sound plan; a free or test key carries no commercial licence. You are responsible for the content and accounts you choose to use, including any required credits and disclosures.

These terms do not transfer ownership of your original content to StreamSpark. The app needs to process selected media and, when you ask it to, send it to the services and platforms you choose. Rights in material belonging to others remain with their owners.

Your final review

Review clips, captions, titles, audio, framing and publishing details before sharing. Automated detection, transcription and title writing can miss context or make mistakes. StreamSpark does not guarantee that a moment will perform well or become viral.

Platform connections

Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage, and follow each platform’s rules. By using StreamSpark’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, AssemblyAI, Anthropic and Epidemic Sound through StreamSpark is also subject to their own terms. API access, posting eligibility, availability, visibility and any API charges are controlled by the relevant platform and billed to your own developer accounts. Connecting an account does not guarantee public-upload approval.

StreamSpark posts only after you confirm a post, either right away or at a time you schedule. On TikTok it sends a draft that you publish yourself inside TikTok. Exporting a video does not post it.

Development software

Keep independent backups of important media and projects. Captures, edits and uploads can be interrupted by network failures, platform changes or software issues. Review uncertain upload outcomes before retrying to avoid duplicate posts.

Any future paid offering, public availability, support commitment or additional platform integration will be explained separately before it is offered.
